Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the customer receiving their order.
Items must be returned in original condition and with original packaging.
Some products may be non-returnable or non-refundable. These will be clearly stated in the invoice or product description at the time of purchase.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within one week of receiving an authorized return request and the returned goods. Refunds will be issued in a cost- and risk-efficient manner, which may differ from the original payment method. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.
Fees and Shipping
A handling and postage fee is payable by the customer for all returns, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a KO-OP 4 KIDZ error. In cases where KO-OP 4 KIDZ is at fault (e.g., incorrect or damaged item sent), we will:
Cover all standard return shipping costs
Waive any handling fees
Provide a full refund
Damaged in Transit
We do not offer refunds for items damaged during shipping. In such cases, customers are required to file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.
